PowerFolder Cloud temporarily unavailable

Update: Attack stopped — latest statement, 6 November 2026

Following a security incident we have shut down the PowerFolder Cloud as a precaution. Access to the cloud and synchronisation are currently interrupted.

Files already stored locally remain intact. As things stand, there is no indication that files stored in the cloud have been lost or damaged. The investigation is ongoing.

Please watch out for phishing messages using the incident as a pretext. Do not open suspicious links or attachments, and do not share credentials with anyone.
