Initial connect
VPN networks usually don't transmit networks broadcasts. Therefore PowerFolder needs to get manually connected once. Open "Find friends" and press "Connect". Enter the IP/Hostname of the remote computer on the VPN.
After the first manual connect PowerFolder remembers the IP of the remote computers and tries to automatically (re-)connect later.
Make sure all computers, which should be reconnected, are contained in the friendlist.
Related problems
