Help me fix winupd dll error

Every time I start Microsoft Outlook I get this error
and the program hangs
Can you please tell me how to fix it.

Dear Linda
I doubt that this is related with PowerFolder because it has nearly no interaction with the general windows dll files. Non the less please let us know the full error and which operating system you use.
