phantom folders on online storage

I'm trying to set up our (small) company folder structure in seperate powerfolders (so that I can limit who updates what. However when I try to set up a folder called "Research" the online storage won't let me create it.

There is no "Research" folder visible so why might it be denying me?

Dear highlandeco
At the moment you need to have a unique folder name,which is not existing on the server, perhaps we there is existing a folder with this name on a nother account. We are very sorry for this but we did already a few changes to allow multiple folders with the same name on different accounts but this is not yet done, and i cannot give you an eta for this.
