I have been travleing over the past couple of days.

Stuff that I did on my new netbook has successfully and properly been uploaded to Online Storage. On my main laptop pc, I see that the files I worked on have been queued for download, but they are not actually being downloaded. What could cause this?

Thanks for your help!!

Dear Fatherbob can you please check out the latest development version:
http://www.powerfolder.com/download.html

Download the .jar file of the development version and replace the existing jar in your installtion path.

If this does not help please get back here or contact us by mail.

I have version 3.1.5.15 running; and still, no downloading. Files are queued, but nothing happens after that. "Download Status" page shows:

0 download(s) recently completed

0 active download(s)

although right below this info is a list of files that are queued.

Note: this is happening over the internet; if the pc's on a LAN, they continue to sync properly.

What else can I try?

Hi.

PowerFolder is working for me again across the board.

Downloading and installing the development version didn't seem to make any difference.

Could the following have made the difference:

I was *near* (but NOT over) my limit of 5GB in Online Storage. I was about to add a bunch of new files, so I upgraded my account to 10GB for Online Storage. As soon as I did that, the files that had been queued but not downloading began moving again. So, could the fact that I was close to the limit have somehow stopped PF from transferring the files?

In any event, it's working again!

Dear Fatherbob
if you reach the limit of your Online storage PowerFolder stops transferring files to the online storage (until you upgrade or remove some files) The fact that it stopped before might be caused that you tried to upload a bigger file which would have made the online storage bigger than 5 GB.

But that should not influence direct transfers between the clients.
