Hi. I'm syncing some folders between our main server and a server in our satellite office. The networks are connected via an internal point-to-point network.
Each machine has an internal address on a different subnet.
Both computer are set to Lan Only.
Each computer has the other in its LAN IP List.
Both have port 1339 specified and open on the firewall.
Both have 'Automatically find a port' and 'Automatically open Windows Firewall' UNCHECKED.
Both have each other in their friends list.
With these settings I would expect the only way for the clients to talk to one another would be on port 1339. However, one of the clients opens and runs on 1339, the other opens and grabs a random port and syncing works.
What's going on?
Thanks,
Jeremy
