Removing Friends

I have removed a friend from my main friends list, but his name remains within the folder friends list.
Why does the friend remain in the folder friend list if removed from my main list?
Can this friend still access my shared folder? If so, how do I remove this right?

Still - I'm interested to know whether a friend can still sync with a folder even when they are removed from my main friend list?

Dear Horizon
Yes in the current version there is no rights management. So as long they are members of the folder they have access to the data. We know this is a problem and we are working on this with high priority.

So is there a workaround?
For example I have a folder 'Photo1' shared with friend1 and friend2.
I want to remove friend2.

Will this work:
1) Remove friend2 from the global friend list.
2) Right click on Photo1 and select Remove folder.
3) Recreate the share for Photo1
4) Re-invite friend1 to share Photo1

Now,
1) if friend1 has not deleted his copy of Photo1, will his version and my version of Photo1 re-sync without requiring full download, ie only sync any incremental changes.
2) will friend2 now be excluded from sharing folder Photo1, or will he be able to re-sync?
