Installation: Cannot activate

Hi.
I'm trying to install PF Pro. All goes well until it's time to activate. I'm asked to choose the file with the License Key. Well, whenever I choose it from the drop-down tree, the setup wizard absolutely will not fill in the file name in the dialog box. And, the wizard will not let me type anything in there.

If I indicate any folder or sub-folder, the wizard appears to "work"; that is, the name of the folder or sub-folder will appear in the dialog box, but then, if I hit "Next", nothing happens since I did not actually give the wizard the file with the license key.

may i ask on which system you try to install PowerFolder?
and which way you have choosen to intsall it .jar /installer/webstart

That problem sometimes occurs when receiving the license key from a gmail account.
I'll resend the licenses key as zip to you. That usually works

Hey, I have the same problem. I use gmail, and my activation does not work. Is there any way i can get it as a zip instead?

We sometimes have a delay in activation. Please try to activate one more time now.
Did you try to activate by loginname /password
If it does not work please send us a copy of your purchase/registration mail (including file)and we will send you an a zipped version of that,
