Cant Access Online Storage from within PowerStorage

I've purchased an PowerFolder Pro License and am able to log in to the Online Storage via the website using the login-data provided by e-mail.

If i want to enter this information inside PowerFolder though, i just get the message
Unable to login. Account data correct?

Any idea what the problem could be?

IT might be possible that you are using the Wrong browser.
Please make sure that you are using a Browser of the following:
Firefox (latest)
Internet Explorer 7 (latest)
Opera (latest)
Safari (latest)
(those are the tested ones, we are not supporting older versions like IE6 because of security reasons)

If this is not the problem please contact us at Support(at)powerfolder.com and give us the email you used to order PowerFolder so we are able to check the data.
