Dücker is using PowerFolder to always have a working copy of their subsidiary's project folders in Sweden available in the German headquarters. They are using the Backup (source) / Backup (target) profile to make this a one way synchronisation.

What advantages do they have using PowerFolder:

The key advantage here is that no permanent VPN connection is needed. PowerFolder was the most easy and secure solution here. It also replaces the need for two solutions: One to connect both locations and secure that connection, and another one to keep the folder in sync.
